Eggplant 3 roots | Green pepper 1 |
Oil 3 tablespoons | Old soy sauce 1 scoop |
Light soy sauce 2 scoops | Mature vinegar 2 scoops |
Oyster sauce 1 scoop | White sugar 1 scoop |
Garlic 3 petals |

Have all the ingredients ready

One spoon dark soy sauce ➕ two spoons light soy sauce ➕ two spoons vinegar ➕ one spoon oyster sauce ➕ one spoon sugar and mix well

Put twice as much oil in the pot as for stir-frying, add eggplant and fry until golden brown
